Can I change my plan?

Do you offer an API?

How do you count messages?

Each message is equal to one credit. In other words, if you have 100 subscribers on one of your lists and you send a text blast to that list 2 times, you've used 200 credits.

Do message credits rollover?

Yes, credits that are not used are rolled over to the next month.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, we do not require a contract and you can cancel anytime - no questions asked.

What if I need more credits, do I have to upgrade?

No. You can buy more credits with our pay&go program or upgrade to a bigger plan and save more.

How many credits does it cost for 1-1 chat?

NONE! Buzzy 1-1 chat is completely free for both incoming and outgoing messages.

Are there any contracts or hidden fees?

Absolutely not! You're simply billed on the monthly anniversary of your signup date and that's it. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

What is a keyword?

Keywords allow people to join your marketing group by texting a word to your number. When a customer sends your keyword to your number, we'll send your customized auto-reply back and we'll add that person to your group/list.
